Substance Misuse
At Corner To Corner Healing & Outreach, LLC, we understand that substance misuse affects individuals, families, and entire communities. Our approach is rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect. Mental Health Illness
Many people experiencing mental health challenges also face barriers such as homelessness, unemployment, trauma, substance misuse, or lack of access to healthcare. Our outreach team meets individuals where they are, providing encouragement, education, and connections to wraparound services that support long-term wellness and recovery.
Homelessness Outreach
Our outreach teams are committed to meeting individuals where they are—on the streets, in homeless encampments, under bridges, in parks, at shelters, and throughout the community—to provide encouragement, immediate support, and connections to wraparound services that can help them move toward stability.
Food Assistance Programs
We are committed to helping individuals and families experiencing food insecurity by providing nutritious food, compassionate support, and connections to wraparound services that promote long-term stability. Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, unemployment, financial hardship, or an unexpected crisis, we are here to help connect them with available resources.

Our outreach teams regularly visit homeless encampments to provide compassionate support, build trusted relationships, and connect individuals with life-changing resources. We distribute food, hygiene kits, water, and other essential supplies while offering connections to wraparound services, including housing, mental health resources, substance misuse support, healthcare, and community programs. Every visit is an opportunity to restore hope, preserve dignity, and remind people that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
Our outreach teams visit local parks to engage individuals and families with compassion, respect, and understanding. We provide essential supplies, share community resources, and connect people to wraparound services, including mental health support, housing assistance, food programs, and recovery resources. Every interaction is an opportunity to offer hope, encouragement, and a pathway toward a healthier, more stable future.
Gas stations are often places where individuals experiencing homelessness or other life challenges seek assistance. Our outreach teams visit these locations to provide food, hygiene kits, water, encouragement, and connections to wraparound services, including mental health resources, substance misuse support, housing assistance, and other community programs. Every conversation is an opportunity to offer hope, build trust, and connect someone with the help they need.
